Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted. However, you may return the order for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Additional time may be required during sales and holidays. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Please note: We do not ship on weekends.
